The Creative Designer is responsible for all aspects of product development from project scoping to interface & animations design. The ideal candidate must be a self starter, work well in a collaborative team environment, and be able to adapt to changes quickly in a high pressure evolving environment.
Responsibilities
* work with our production team to create fun web products that will be deployed to be used by millions of users
* deliver innovative graphical concepts such as flash-based games and utilities
* lead the creative direction of our company & client projects
* participate in project scoping and schedule planning
Requirements
* at least 2 years of solid experience in web-based online production
* advanced to expert skills in Flash, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and Illustrator (must)
* knowledge in web standards and optimization
* understanding in Flash Actionscript (AS2 or AS3) and previous experience working with developers
* strong organization skills, ability to prioritize and plan multiple tasks responsibly
* must have a strong portfolio of previous examples of work
Desired
* knowledge of actionscripting is a plus
* passion in web, graphics, and internet technology
